The Wedge rugs are made of either 100% Tencel™, 100% wool or woolsilk. Please note that Tencel™ without the support of wool will lie down and appear paler after sometime of usage. The colours do not fade even if it may have the illusion of such. A mix of 50% wool and 50% Tencel™ will balance the pile and make it stay in shape.

Geometric patterns have been a recurring item throughout Marie-Louise Hellgrens designs. Wedge is no exception, however, there is a subtle twist to the patterns. If you take a closer look you may find small spontaneous variations to the hand-sketched geometric designs. For Marie-Louise it is always important that her work includes subtle energy that, at a first glance may look symmetric, but then surprises you with something new every time you look.

TENCEL® is a branded lyocell fibre of botanic origin, extracted from raw materials like eucalyptus. The TENCEL® fibre has many advantages in terms of sustainability Eco-friendly production, due to the closed loop system. The raw material wood stems from fast growing forest plantations without cultivating forestland suitable for agriculture.
