Snow E (Glass Doors)

SNOW is designed by Thomas Sandell & Jonas Bohlin and since 1994 this storage unit has become a modern Swedish design classic.

For nearly three decades, ASPLUND’s SNOW storage series has grown into a true modern Scandinavian classic. First introduced in 1994, the solid, architectural chests of drawers — instantly recognizable by their iconic handle. The designers vision was clear: to celebrate Swedish craftsmanship while shaping furniture that would remain timeless across interiors and generations.

The story of SNOW begins in the far north, right on the border of Lapland, where the ground lies under snow for 150 to 200 days each year. That landscape, both harsh and serene, inspired a design language rooted in purity, durability, and calm minimalism. Today, production continues just a few miles south of Snöbyn and Snösjön in Dalarna — a region still steeped in woodworking tradition. SNOW offers a story-rich, premium product line that resonates with customers seeking authenticity and long-lasting quality.

The serie also provides a refined aesthetic that integrates seamlessly into both residential and commercial projects — understated enough to complement any palette, yet distinctive enough to anchor a room.
