Rooftop is a hand-knotted Persian Knot 8/40 rug designed by Thomas Sandell for ASPLUND Collection, 2010. Made of 75% New Zealand wool and 25% Tencel®. It is called Rooftop because it has a stylish pattern in the shape of a classic roof.
Skilled craftsmen make a series of small knots to create a unique and beautifully vibrant rug of the highest quality. It is one of our densest rugs in the Platinum series with an impressive 122,000 knots per m² which is pure luxury. The yarn is fine which makes the rug more durable, vibrant, shiny and soft.
