The Dhurrie technique is often used and has long
traditions in Indian culture, where it is very often
seen on the backs of elephants, as seat protection
or as floor covering. The tradition is to make
them in cotton or wool, we have for this design chosen 100% wool.
Asplund Dhurrie carpets are available in twotone or single colours.
